Apartment M&M is located in the small hamlet of Lazzaretto, which is 3.5 km from the administrative centre of Muggia, Province of Trieste, Region FVG, Italy, surrounded by the sun and the Adriatic Sea.

The Rooms are located in a historic Villa from the 1890s, surrounded by an olive grove and in nature outside the urban centre. The place is quiet and peaceful.

The structure has its own parking lot, on a fenced property measuring 8,000 m2 surrounded by an olive grove and a view of the sea.
There is also a terrace and a garden.
It is 50 m from the sea above the sunken ancient Roman pier. The beach has varied terrain, mostly sandy but also rocky.

The accommodation is far from the nearest gas station, and the border with the Republic of Slovenia is 800m.
It’s 5 min from the Muggia and 20 minutes from the city of Trieste and Koper in Slovenia.

Inside the bay of San Bartolomeo in front of the Apartment M&M, you can still recognize the traces of a Roman pier built by superimposing large blocks of sandstone, submerged by the rising sea level. It is a small docking facility located in Lazzaretto, currently 40-50 m from the coast.
